St. Joseph’s Convent Port of Spain is celebrating the school’s 185th Anniversary with a revolutionary philanthropic initiative.
"185 for 185: A Call to Give” is the Past Pupils' Association year-long call to all past pupils at home and abroad to help raise a legacy-building gift of USD $185,000 in honour of the institution’s 185th Anniversary.
It will impact two critical areas of securing the school’s future – namely infrastructure and academics. We turn our attention to the state of the School Chapel and Chemistry Lab as critical priorities in this Anniversary year; both in need of urgent repair amounting to over TTD$ 1million.
As the oldest secondary school in Trinidad and Tobago, the gifts of charitable past pupils, parents and friends of the school in the past contributed greatly to our rich legacy of excellence, producing young women and men who have gone on to build community and achieve excellence in their respective spheres. Your contribution will help continue this legacy!
